Born in Wetzlar an der Lahn, live and work in Mainz.
In the age of 11 he already discovered the love to the photography. 

After several travels and expositions follows 1993 he become an official artist.

His famous series "Klang-Körper" wins at the Fototage in Frankfurt international many attentions. Works from this wins many awards - for instance the goldmedal "Blende 94" des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz.
